The Annual General Meeting of Banbridge RFC took place on Wednesday 3rd June 2009.

Among the new appointments were;

President - Dave Neilly
Senior Vice President - Alan Ferris
Junior Vice President - Billy Andrews
Club Captain - Simon McKinstry
